To properly function, our Service requires to be connected to other products and services such as Google, Clickup, Microsoft, Atlassian and others (‘Connected integrations’).

You can allow us to access information from those Connected integrations on our Service.

You can retract this permission at any time on our Service or by going directly to those Connected integrations' websites.

When you give us permission, we will collect and process information from those Connected integrations to provide our Service.

2. How do we use your information?

We will never share Connected integrations’ data, or allow anyone except you to access it, except for subprocessors that assist us in the provision of our service to you.

We may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers (collectively, "Outside Contractors") to provide specific services and products related to the Service, such as hosting, credit card processing, data analytics, and mailing list.

4.1 Location & Security

We store data inside an encrypted database inaccessible from the internet. Authorisation data used for the Connected integrations is double encrypted. This database resides within Microsoft Azure data centres in the United Kingdom.

Additionally, we use Outside Contractors to store certain non-sensitive data and ensure they are storing this data within EU or UK borders whenever possible.

4.2. How long do we keep information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary and delete it when you delete your account.

4.3 Minors

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Service is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 16. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 16.
